Fitness Session

‘Abhaya’ a women's forum of St Agnes PU College, organized an empowering fitness session conducted by renowned fitness trainer Shan. The session held in the college auditorium aimed to promote fitness and wellbeing of students while fostering a sense of empowerment and self-confidence.

The session commenced with a prayer song by Nidhi and team. Shan, an internationally acclaimed fitness trainer delivered an inspirational speech on the significance of fitness in one's life. She emphasized that fitness is not just about physical strength but also about mental resilience and self-confidence. Shan's words resonated deeply with the students inspiring them to take charge of their health and wellbeing. She conducted an energetic zumba session showcasing a wide range of exercises for the students. The students learned practical tips and techniques to incorporate into their daily routines.

The fitness session organized by St Agnes PU College served as a powerful platform for girls to embrace a healthier lifestyle.
