Works zealously through the procedure of admission aiding the newcomers to the campus introducing the legacy to them. The admission committee aims to identify select the most qualified applicants in the total applicant pool and continually monitor college admissions policy and procedures to ensure efficiency, effectiveness and equity. The admission committee works towards making the admission process simple, student friendly, time bound and free from any errors and flaws.

Connects the students out in the world to its Alma mater. Revitalizes their energy and motivates them to live up to the college ideals.It builds cordial relationship among alumni, faculty and students. It encourages and promotes the alumni entrepreneurs. It recognises the alumni achievers.

The cleanliness committee works in close collaboration with students to ensure that the campus and the premises are kept spick and span. The students are encouraged not to litter and the committee strives to ensure that students learn the importance of keeping their surroundings clean and they develop civic sense and become good citizens of the country.

The cultural committee creates a platform for students to display their innate talents. This helps to instil confidence in students and fosters a better understanding of the programmes held. It gives them good exposure which helps them to develop social and life skills. Students are exposed to an array of activities and inculcates team spirit and a sense of responsibility in students.

The Discipline Committee of St Agnes PU College plays an important role in enforcing rules and regulations related to student conduct and behaviour and in maintaining a safe and respectful learning environment for all students. It ensures that students are held accountable for their actions. The Discipline Committee is also responsible for communicating with teachers and parents regarding student behaviour and any disciplinary action that has been taken.

Assessment of students’ performance is done through test and examinations periodically during the academic year. Special classes are conducted for students of different levels. The faculty collaborates with parents and students through open house sessions to improve students’ performance. Parents are regularly updated about their wards performances through Schoolphins App.

The Magazine Committee is tasked with bringing out the annual edition of ‘Agno Ninaad’. The team ensures that students are provided with an avenue to explore their creativity and imagination through the pages of the magazine. They are given an opportunity to showcase their writing, drawing, painting and photography skills. AGNO BEAT E-magazine is a monthly experience for this outlet

The publicity committee sets its goal to keep the community aware and involved in the academic and co-curricular activities of the college. It strives to create and promote positive image of the institution and raise its profile.

To promote Physical skills among the students. The committee aspires to inculcate qualities such as: Sportsmanship, team spirit and bonding. It is designed to serve the interest of the student community and other re-creational activities.

Ensures safety of every child in the campus and extend the support even outside. Legal procedures are introduced and POCSO has been implemented.A Child Protection Committee has been created among the staff of St Agnes PU College for the safety and security of the students.
