St Agnes PU College celebrates Women’s Day

Women’s Day was celebrated at St Agnes PU College in a unique way. The male staff members gave a floral welcome to the female faculty as they entered the college on 9 March, 2020. On this occasion, the management had arranged a session by Dr Caroline P DSouza, an eminent Neuro – Psychiatrist. She spoke on the multiple roles of women and emphasized the problems women face at every stage of their life.

After the session, the ladies were pleasantly surprised by the slew of fun – filled games and other activities conducted so thoughtfully by the male staff members to make them feel special.

Mr Ashwin recited a poem recognising the contribution and significance of women in society while Mr Joel entertained the ladies with a lilting melody. Sr Norine DSouza, the Principal welcomed the gathering and Mrs Suvasini rendered the vote of thanks.
